Slow Pig is a new business start-up specialising in Slow Food produce served from a customised 1978 Citroen ‘pig nosed’ H Van that travels the country. They rear their own animals and follow heritage farming practices so that the Mangalitza (hairy) pigs live a happy natural life roaming beautiful woodland on the banks of the river Cleddau in South Pembrokeshire, which makes for a better tasting and more sustainable end product.
